Click on the Scorecard tab, then the Settings tab, then the Definition tab. At the bottom of the Definition tab, there's a link you can use to delete the scorecard. Be very careful here, as there's no way to recover a deleted scorecard. If you delete the scorecard, it is deleted for all users.
